1. Overview
Brain Dumpi is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to transcribe voice recordings and organize them into notes, tasks, and summaries. The app is provided by Brain Dumpi ("we", "us", "our").
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Brain Dumpi. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
3. Account
- You may be required to create an account to access certain features
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Brain Dumpi only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Use the app to record conversations without proper consent from all parties
- Upload or transmit harmful, illegal, or offensive content
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the app or its services
- Use the app in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service
- Use automated systems to access the service in a manner that sends more requests than a human can reasonably produce
5. AI-Generated Content
Brain Dumpi uses AI services (including OpenAI) to process your recordings. Please note:
- AI-generated transcriptions, summaries, and task extractions may not be 100% accurate
- You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI output
- AI-generated content should not be used as the sole basis for important decisions
6. Intellectual Property
- Brain Dumpi and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws
- Your recordings and the content you create remain your property
- By using the app, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service
7. Service Availability
- Brain Dumpi requires an internet connection for AI processing features
- We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice
- Usage limits may apply to ensure fair access for all users
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Brain Dumpi is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the preceding 12 months
- We are not responsible for any loss of data, recordings, or content
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to Brain Dumpi at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of Brain Dumpi after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
